Prepare a product enquiry that gets to the point.
Bring product identity, model or grade, quantity and document questions into one readable email.

Start with the product identity
A product name, number and brand give the conversation a clear starting point. If you have already found a product in the catalogue, add that entry to your enquiry. For a model range such as the JWE weighing scale, select the exact model before adding the quantity.
If you only have a partial reference, say what is missing. A photograph, an older document or a part of a product name can be useful context when you contact the office, but it should not be treated as a confirmed replacement or equivalent product.
Keep quantities attached to the right model or grade
Each line in an enquiry should identify a particular product and the quantity required. For weighing equipment, that can mean a selected model such as JWE-15K. For a lubricant, include the exact requested grade in your notes rather than leaving the product-family name to imply it.
State the pack size if it matters to your requirement. A container pictured in promotional material does not confirm the pack size currently offered. If the required amount or pack size is still open, mark it as a question for confirmation.
Explain the application and the documents you need
A short explanation of the intended work gives context to the product request. For a scale, that may include the item being weighed, the largest load and the platform space. For a maintenance product, identify the equipment or system and the requirement you need checked.
Ask for documents by type: brochure, technical sheet, safety sheet or operating manual. Include the product number, variant and any printed revision you already have. Technical and safety documents should be matched to the exact product; the catalogue flags any documents that have not yet been verified.
Review before you send
- Check every product line and selected model.
- Review quantities and make any grade or pack-size requirement explicit.
- Add your name, contact email and optional company details.
- Read the complete email preview and check your notes.
On this website, “Prepare email draft” validates the details and creates a draft addressed to info@alshawitrading.com. “Open draft in your email app” requires a configured email application. Preparing or opening the draft does not send it automatically.
You can also copy the enquiry text and use it in your own email service. Direct website form delivery is not yet enabled. An enquiry is a request for confirmation of product suitability and supply details, not an order acceptance or payment.
